Historically used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies, Ceremonial Matcha tea is made from the most tender young tea leaves. This gives the Matcha tea a sweet and floral scent, a rich, full bodied, umami flavour, and a beautiful vibrant green colour. It was awarded Best Japanese Green Tea at the 2024 North American Tea Conference.
